While Election Commission is considering the objections raised by the opposition parties for conducting budget session in the mid of assembly elections in five states, Telugu Breaking News the government is moving ahead with the preparations to conduct Budget session of Parliament from 31st of this month. Lok Sabha secretariat said President Pranab Mukherjee will address a joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament in the Central Hall at 11 AM on the first day of the session.
