Demanding a CBI inquiry into the lorry mishap in Yerpadu of Chittoor district two days ago, Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy alleged that it is the sand mafia that is operating in connivance with official machinery that is operating with disdain which resulted in the mishap.
