Train services between Hyderabad and Vijayawada were stalled for the third consecutive day due to the damage to the tracks following heavy rain in Andhra Pradesh. South Central Railway (SCR) cancelled 17 trains and diverted 24 others due to breaches between Sattenapalli and Piduguralla in Guntur Division.
Guntur-Vikarabad Palnadu Express, Guntur-Macherla Passenger, Macherla-Bhimavaram Passenger Repalle-Secunderabad Passenger, Nadikudi-Macherla Passenger, Secunderabad-Vijayawada Intercity Express, Vijayawada-Secunderabad Intercity Express and Piduguralla-Miryalaguda Passenger have been cancelled.
